I was referred to Wayne when I accidentally shattered my macbook screen in an airport on a business trip, and I needed the repairs done as soon as possible. He picked up my macbook baby from me, delivered it back to me a day and a half later, and now it looks more beautiful than ever. He communicated with me about the status of my macbook throughout the day and as the repairs were being completed. I was very thankful to connect with him - superb customer service here, seven billion stars wide, but I'll click five because that's the limit.
