- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want the customer to know that I'm very reasonable and honest with my pricing. My Pricing includes time,travel, equipment(type of event I need to bring), indoor or outdoor, type of event, and size of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is my typical process working with a new customer. 1. Introduce myself. 2. Gather details and data from the client. 3. Give my client an offer. Breakdown step by step on my offer. 4. If both parties agree email customer my DJ event contract. Give details on whats on the contract and what both parties needs to fill out. 5. Finalize contract. 6. Keep in frequent contract with customer up til the day of the event. *During this process I'm preparing my list. Gathering necessary equipment to bring for event. checking the weather the week of the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started with DJing in college. I attended Marshall University. My freshman year in college I became a radio personality with wmul 88.1 radio station on campus. I worked on wmul 88.1 for five years. On wmul 88.1 I was also a promoter, and a producer. In my senior year I decided to DJ outside the radio station.
