Natasha at Canine Obsessions is an incredible trainer. If you’re thinking about training and not sure whether it’s worth it this is your sign to go for it. We have a 1-year-old Golden Retriever, Duffy. Before meeting Natasha, he was already a sweet dog with some basic commands, but her training completely transformed him. What we thought was “good” behavior became excellent. Everywhere we go, people compliment how calm and well-behaved he is, and they can’t believe he’s still just a year old. What really stands out is how training has made us feel more confident as dog owners. Duffy used to try to pick things up off the street, which always worried us because of how dangerous that can be. Natasha not only trained him, but also taught us how to handle those situations, which gives us so much peace of mind. Now we feel safer and more in control, and Duffy is happier too. Some people hesitate because of the cost, but I always tell my friends that the money you spend on training is an investment. Without it, you’ll likely spend just as much (if not more) on vet bills when your dog eats something they shouldn’t. Training gives you the gift of a well-behaved, safe, and confident dog that you can take anywhere and that’s priceless. We’re so grateful for Natasha and Canine Obsessions. She truly cares about the dogs and their families, and it shows in everything she does.

Natasha was incredibly prompt and responsive when I reached out for help training my rescue dog, Poe. I had warned her ahead of time that Poe had shown aggression toward strangers—everyone except me—within just days of interacting with others. He had been neglected for the majority of his first three years and had never been properly socialized or cared for. From the beginning, Natasha clearly explained her process and the protocols she follows when working with dogs like Poe. Within just a few weeks, I started seeing a huge shift in his behavior—he was like a whole new dog. Natasha didn’t just work with Poe; she also made sure I understood how to continue the training myself. She even went above and beyond by offering to meet outside of regular training hours to make sure Poe was getting the consistency he needed. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in your dog’s transformation—Natasha is your go-to girl.

Natasha is the best trainer in the area. We hired her back in November 2024 to train our 10-month-old puppy Truffle. Before starting, Truffle was pulling during our walks, barking excessively whenever we passed by other people and dogs. After just one training session with Natasha, Truffle walks next to me, matching my pace, and immediately sits when we stop walking. She has more self-control, less pulling, and easier to pass others on a narrow sidewalk. Natasha truly has a love and passion for Dogs and is very knowledgeable. We have a few more one-on-one training sessions with Nastaha and can't wait to see the outcome. Also, Truffle goes to doggy daycare at least once or twice a month and boards with Natasha whenever we truffle. It eases our minds knowing that Truffle is in good hands and well taken care of when we travel. She is the best. Truffle loves Natasha and her team.
