I placed an ad for dog training and Natasha with Canine Obsessions had an issue with the app she uses to respond to messages. Once Natasha realized the errors in her response she called and apologized for the message. Natasha took the time to explain her services and how she could help with retraining my dogs behavior. Natasha also offered to discount my services for the message I received. I appreciate Natasha for taking the time to call me and apologize for the message I received. I am still looking but, I will truly consider Natasha with Canine Obsessions when I make my decision.

Natasha has been the best in training our dog to be a service dog. Yes she uses e-collar BUT it's VERY VERY effective in getting the job done!!!! Abe has listened a lot better since we've had him!!! Love u Natasha and Abe said he loves his auntie Natasha! ❤️

Natasha Jones (owner of canine obsessions) is the best dog trainer in the DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland area. Four months ago I used her board and training program for my unruly, wild and disobedient German Sheppard puppy "Gio". I was even considering giving him back to the breeder. He was biting all of us, acting crazy every time he saw another dog, tearing up the house, and not listening to any command. When I picked him up four weeks later he was a COMPLETELY different pup. He was calm, sweet natured, and 100% obedient. All of his bad behaviors that brought me to tears were a distant memory. I never knew this was possible! It was and is amazing! I have continued Natasha’s training techniques and at nine months old Gio continues to be the best trained and calm dog. He is a huge asset to our family and I get compliments everywhere I go. Thanks to Natasha and Canine Obsessions our lives were changed for the better. I also plan on using her to train Gio in the near future to be an Emotional Support Dog (ESD) for my severely autistic daughter. Natasha has experience in doing this and I am honored to work with her. I also continue to use her boarding services. Thank you Natasha! You are the best!

Natasha is fantastic! We boarded both of our dogs, an older border collie and a fairly wild golden retriever puppy (who was destroying our house), with her while we went on vacation. Our puppy was in her first heat and it was no problem for her to stay. Both dogs had a great time. We also did training for our puppy and the change was miraculous in less than a week! We still has some work to do to make sure that she is as obedient with distractions and when we're not looking as she is when she is getting direct commands but I honestly could not have been more pleased with the progress our pup made in such a short time. Natasha is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of training and boarding. We have continued to work with her on additional commands. Her pricing is also extremely reasonable. If you have a dog with some challenging habits or just want to make sure your pup is well taken care of while you are gone, you can't go wrong working with Canine Obsessions.

Where do I begin? I found Canine Obsession while originally looking for boarding, upon speaking with Natasha (owner) and through the natural order of conversation we started talking about training. I have a almost 3 year old American Pit Bull Terrier who came into my life after my nephew was killed. My fur baby's name is Thor and although he is an absolute sweetheart he has some social behaviors that were unacceptable and potentially dangerous for him, myself, other people and other dogs. My baby was with Natasha for approximately a little over a week and I am simply amazed at the results at this point. If you are having any kind of behavior issues with your fur family member, I highly encourage you to give Natasha a call or send her a message she is definitely an absolute professional and cares about all animals. Thor and I are still going through our training but u already see the change in him and I for the better. Natasha has restored the pleasure of Thor and I going for walks. I was even able to take him into a store with me. Canine Obsession is the place you need to go for training and boarding in a way that is safe, knowledgeable, loving, and humane. Thank you Natasha for the work you have done and the work we will continue to do together!
