The project was to determine the property corners and boundaries for fencing of 20+ acres on hilly terrain. Steve and Don came completely prepared. They located and verified several other property corners to verify that every thing was correct prior to completing mine. I've been in the construction business for over 54 years and seen many survey crews and none any better than these two. I have hired them to come back and do some additional surveying for me. They were on time, and did exactly what they were contracted to do and weren't concerned about the time it took, only the accuracy of their work product. Jerry

As an architect based in Wisconsin, I found Donald Coles to assist in submitting plans to the City of Philadelphia for a renovation/addition project of an historic twin home in the Powelton District. Donald was terrific to work with and was able to obtain plan approval & permits in less than a week - several days faster than it usually takes here in Madison. His assistance allowed the project to move forward on schedule, which made the builder and my clients very happy. I would gladly work with him again should the opportunity arise.

Luis & GTZ consultants helped us doing Architectural & structural plans for us at the following projects. The projects were in DC and were Interior alterations & Addittions, and involved : Removing bearing walls with new layouts. He had to design and submitt plans to DCRA. Worked with Felipe (dba Admat) to have plans drawn up for removal of an interior wall. His engineer provided the required calculations and he provided the CAD drawings. Both were accepted by the county and I was satisfied.
