Introduction: When love and passion is involved with a skill, nothing but the best will come from that individual. I can assure that every photo delivered, will be my absolute best. My promise is that I will remain transparent and honest from the beginning until the end. Hiring a photographer is essentially letting someone, a stranger, into your personal life. Being comfortable in front of a camera with that being said can be difficult. Working with me, we spend most of the time building a connection so our shoot can feel and look as natural as possible. I don’t aim to get your typical Macy’s shots. I always aim for authenticity. The moments in between the moments are my golden ticket. Let’s chat!

We hired Demetric of United Photography for a college reunion event. Demetric was very responsive during our initial communications. He arrived at the event early and set up his equipment. During the event, we had approximately 100 attendees. Demetric did an amazing job of capturing candid photos of the attendees and also group photos. He easily blended in with our group and did not get in the way. He was very much the ninja but was also very helpful with arranging the attendees for the perfect group shot. The photos came out FANTASTIC. The level of detail and warmth captured in the photos were amazing. I had other members of our planning team comment on the top quality of the photos. They were all VERY impressed. This was a very successful event for us, in part because of the excellent photos captured by Demetric. I highly recommend Demetric and United Photography for any of your events.

I can’t express how happy we were with United Photography and Demetric. He is absolutely amazing - professional, fun and easy to work with. We love how our wedding pictures turned out, he made perfect portraits and candids and we couldn’t be happier. He will tell you exactly what you need to do so if you don’t know how to pose, what will look good etc. so don’t worry! If you have any doubts I would just say we interviewed a lot of photographers in DC and so glad we decided to go with Demetric. I couldn’t recommend him enough - we truly had such a great experience.
