They were responsive about setting up the contract - courteous, answered all my questions and followed through.
We then had the tech (Lawrence) come in to treat and spray inside and out of the house. He too was professional, courteous, friendly, willing to answer questions in detail, etc.
Impressed.

I booked with this company last year due to an ant infestation that came out of no where. I absolutely love them. From the rep to the service providers. They are all so respectful and helpful. I am on quarterly plan for them to come out and treat my home. They call me a week prior to them coming out and the provider that day is always tell me what they are doing. Book with them you wouldn’t regret it.

Better termite and pestcontrol did a great job with my mouse invasion! After one week. There was hardly a mouse to be seen. They even gave me tips to help discourage my getting into my house. Fantastic!
I was out of the country and my son called and said we had a bad millipede issue in the basement. Better came out analyzed the area and treated inside and out. They reassured me they would take care of the issue and they did. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

When you're a new customer with us, we make it easy to get started! Here are the steps:
1) Just chat with us here on Thumbtack to get a price quote. Our team manages this account all day. It's that simple!
2) Once you're ready, you'll sign a service proposal to give us the thumbs up.
3) Our friendly, experienced team will stop by your home. They'll take a good look around and let you know how they'll tackle the problem.
4) We'll do our first treatment to get things under control and make your home feel great again.
5) To keep the pests away, we'll come back on a regular schedule that works best for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take training seriously so we can do the best job for you! Here's what our team does:
1) We're fully licensed by the state. Believe it or not, some companies skip this step and rush new members into customers homes - but not us! We do things the right way.
2) Every new team member gets hands-on training from our service manager and tech mentors. Some of them have been with us for over 45 years! They really know their stuff.
3) We also do ongoing training for our special home protection packages. That way we're always up to date on the best ways to keep your home pest-free.
So when our team shows up at your door, you can feel good knowing they have the right skills and training to get the job done!
