After they were finished, the carpet looked untouched, the runner in the hallway was soaked (when he detached the steam cleaner, it leaked out onto the runner) and wavy on the ends. The tech then asked for my personal towels to soak it up. When I sent pictures and a video showing this, I was told that they could come back later that day. I had to work the evening shift so I was unable to do that. There was no other suggestions made to rectify the situation.
