Wow what a gem I found in Thumbtack. Fres Construction’s Eric is one great man. He responded immediately and came within the same day, when the heat was 100 degree and my HVAC failed me. It took Eric a very short time to diagnose and fixed the problem. He is very honest, professional and doesn’t give you the run around mumbo jumbo like other tech.
He really saved my day and I could not recommend Eric enough for his reasonable fees and quick fix. I definitely will contact Eric again when I need some other construction works done. Thank you Eric, and thank you thumbtack!

Erison is very professional and knowledgeable about not just airconditions but household appliances and improvements as a whole. He save us $1,000+ on our air control unit at the manufacturer and insurance company was quoting us to fix something that was not broken. Erison came evaluated the issue and fixed it in the same day. He also installed a WiFi thermostat for us. I will be going to Erison for more home improvement projects and recommend you do too.

I am extremely pleased with my first appointment with Fres Construction! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (within one business day) and Erison arrived promptly at my appointment time today. He was thorough, walked me through his diagnosis of the ongoing issues I’ve been having with my HVAC unit, and even took the time to show me the different parts of the system and explain how they work. He repaired one part same-day (mind you, this was AFTER I spent $1600 to have the issue “fixed” through a different contractor last month, who visited four times and still couldn’t properly diagnose the problem), and the cost for the repairs was very reasonable. I wish I had been referred to Fres Construction and Erison sooner! This will be my new “go to” company for any repairs required moving forward. Thank you, Erison and Fres Construction!
