I wish Thumbtack would let me select all 5 options -- work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality! I contacted Fres Construction after I thought I could expand a vent duct and replace the vent after watching a video from YouTube University. Boy was I wrong! I ended up creating a massive hole in the drywall and the duct was misshapen. I was very upset with myself because my mistake was made in our future child's nursery which we just finished painting! Erison from Fres Construction immediately responded and had folks come out the next morning. It looks brand new -- even better than before because the duct was a bit crooked due to loose drywall. The team did the repairs, painted the area, and vacuumed the room! I couldn't be more impressed, and I am already starting to walk around my house making a list of other repairs that need to be corrected from our previous handyman who did a horrible job on several projects. TRUST ME -- YOU MUST HIRE FRES CONSTRUCTION!

I am extremely pleased with my first appointment with Fres Construction! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (within one business day) and Erison arrived promptly at my appointment time today. He was thorough, walked me through his diagnosis of the ongoing issues I’ve been having with my HVAC unit, and even took the time to show me the different parts of the system and explain how they work. He repaired one part same-day (mind you, this was AFTER I spent $1600 to have the issue “fixed” through a different contractor last month, who visited four times and still couldn’t properly diagnose the problem), and the cost for the repairs was very reasonable. I wish I had been referred to Fres Construction and Erison sooner! This will be my new “go to” company for any repairs required moving forward. Thank you, Erison and Fres Construction!

My AC unit went out and I was referred to Erison from a close friend. I’ve been told that I needed to replace my unit (upwards of $9k) due to a potential leak. Erison came out, ran several tests and was able to determine that there were in fact no leaks-just a bad valve stem. He replaced the stem and got me up and running in no time-saving me THOUSANDS! I truly appreciate his work and knowledge! Would definitely recommend!
