Hector and team did a fantastic job, communicated effectively, were kind and courteous to our small children throughout their time in the house and provided a fantastic finished product. We are thrilled with the remodel -- a bedroom, egress, new hvac, new ductwork, bathroom. Highly recommend.

Hector from Fairfax Build and Design is the best contractor I've ever worked with. He over saw the down to studs remodel of our 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 100 year old row house including new electrical, updated plumbing, new HVAC, and a new kitchen, and came in on time and at budget. He was a great resource for my wife and I determining what we should spend a few extra dollars on materials-wise and where the value for our money just wasn't there. He was always prepared for our weekly meetings and anytime I had a question or concern he was super easy to get in touch with and his explanations were thorough and accurate. I'm used to dealing with contractors and can speak the language somewhat, but my wife is not and Hector always made sure she understood what was going on and comfortable with the path forward. We love our house and are recommending Fairfax Build and Design to all our friends.

It was a pleasure working with Hector. He was very responsive to calls and texts, something I've had problems with in the past with other contractors. The work was finished two days ahead of schedule and the quality is very impressive. I would use Fairfax Build & Design again in the future for other home renovation projects.
