Robert was amazing and I will definitely hire him for other projects. He installed a grab bar in the shower, knobs on a cabinet, 3 dimmer switches and a crawl space door. He came to do an estimate first and was very prompt, providing the estimate the next day. Once we scheduled a time for the work to be done, he was very efficient and neat with his work. I am very satisfied.

I need some broken and loose tiles replaced in my foyer. Luckily I had leftover tile and grout from the original job. Solicited thru Thumbtack and got three quotes. Robert was the only one who wanted to see the job before quoting. He was prompt, thorough and reasonable. His folks arrived in time on the appointed day and got the job done quickly and professionally. It looks great!

I had a simple job of caulking my windows to prevent drafts. I think the best part of the interaction was the initial consultation. He was very thorough as to what needed to be done. He assured me that he’d send someone out that had been working for him for years and would inspect every part of the job when it was done to ensure it was done correctly. The problem was he sent someone out and showed up on the first day. This was a multi day project and he never, not once inspected the work to ensure it was done correctly and I had questions. I never heard from him even after the work had been completed and I reached out to him. He never contacted me. That was concerning. So for lack of communication I would give a 1. But the work in itself was average. I can’t say it was done well, but it was done.
