I arranged a housecleaning for my daughter living in DC from my home in Boston. Using Thumbtack was very helpful. I was able to forward my daughter 5 quotes and she was then able too communicate directly with the businesses. She chose Clean 'O Clean and had a very positive experience. I called Clean O' Clean Maid Services and spoke with Alicia on a day I was completely overwhelmed with everything I had to do and didn't know where to even start. She went out of her way to move things around and get someone to my place that day. They sent Taylor, who deserves accolades for her patience in dealing with the mess in my apartment, but also with me (who was an even bigger mess at the time). Realizing I was not as prepared as I had thought to have someone come in and clean, I expressed this to both Taylor and Alicia and they could not have been more understanding and professional. We ultimately decided to reschedule for a time when I am more prepared, but the work that Taylor did do while here was great and I am looking forward to her coming back. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning service and great customer service. And, thank you Alicia and Taylor for being so patient with me during what was not my finest hour;)

I was having some guests come over last minute and I couldn't find time to clean my house. I reached out to these guys and they were able to schedule me in. They did a wonderful job and my house smelled great when my guests arrived.
