Macusi Cleaners offers a flat rate for all services, with pricing based on the size of your home, the number of rooms, and the type of cleaning you need. Once we finalize the details, that agreed flat price is all you pay—no extra fees. First-time customers get the standard rate, and returning customers receive a discount on future bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a quick consultation, either by phone or through a message, where I learn about your needs and the space. Then I provide a clear quote, and once we schedule, myself or one of my cleaners show up on time, ready to tackle the job, and check in afterwards to make sure everything met your expectations.
