I had a pretty good experience with Macusi Cleaners. She was communicative and punctual and did a great job cleaning the space, especially the bathroom.

We had a move out cleaning. She was great with being flexible with us as we had to change the day of the cleaning kind of last minute however we did have a few issues. The oven was cleaned but the racks were not. The fridge and freezer were cleaned but there was some cleaning residue left behind that I needed to clean up(no biggie). The counters were noticeably wiped down because there was residue and marks left on the counter. The biggest issue was that the carpet did not look vacuumed. The new tenants came in and explicitly said the house did not look deep cleaned because of the carpets not being vacuumed (but she did vacuum we actually asked her to re-vacuum a room because it didn’t look vacuumed). The price was great and I think overall with the exception of the carpets she did well especially doing the whole house by herself. She started at 3:00pm and finished around 9:00pm.

Macusi Cleaners offers a flat rate for all services, with pricing based on the size of your home, the number of rooms, and the type of cleaning you need. Once we finalize the details, that agreed flat price is all you pay—no extra fees. First-time customers get the standard rate, and returning customers receive a discount on future bookings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a quick consultation, either by phone or through a message, where I learn about your needs and the space. Then I provide a clear quote, and once we schedule, myself or one of my cleaners show up on time, ready to tackle the job, and check in afterwards to make sure everything met your expectations.
