- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge by the hour. Our pricing is adjusted to provide the best value to our customers and is based on the scope of the work to be performed. Our prices include general supplies and all requested customer service interactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a few questions so each party understands what to expect. We will ask things like the size of the home, the types of flooring, how many people live there, and if there are any pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our cleaners have years of experience, and those who don't are paired with seasoned professionals to ensure a quality experience. We regularly hold training to reinforce good cleaning techniques as well as safety and customer service. If you have specific requirements for our staff, we will be happy to take in your requirements and hold a training for our staff.
