Helga was great to work with! She organized my storage shed. She was very thorough from start to finish. She provided me with a documented agreement for the work to include the cost so that there was no confusion of expectation. And she cleaned up behind herself! I'm very satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rates provided as a general pricing guide. Upon establishing project requirements, I may offer our daily service fee (approx. 6-7 hours) or a service package customized to your project needs. Minimum project fee equivalent to 4 service hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our work together will starts by engaging in a virtual or in-person meeting to discuss your project needs, review of your space (if meeting is virtual, I ask for detailed images of your space). This meeting helps us identify project goals, expectations and budget. A service proposal will be provided after this meeting. I take proper planning and preparation for my projects therefore I cannot fulfill same day service requests. I ask for client willingness to engage in a conversation so I may identify the best way to assist you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architecture study (overseas) and Associate’s Degree in Interior Design (US). NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer.
