Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials selected, and project complexity—no hidden fees. We provide detailed, written estimates upfront so you know exactly what’s included. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and showroom-specific specials, and we also provide flexible financing options. Any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals, style, and budget. From there, one of our designers creates a personalized design and material selection, followed by a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and project management from start to finish. Throughout the remodel, we maintain clear communication and provide regular updates until the final walkthrough and completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of professionally trained kitchen and bath designers and experienced project managers. We stay current with industry standards, building codes, and product innovations through ongoing training with cabinet, countertop, tile, and fixture manufacturers. As a Class-A licensed and insured remodeling company, we follow best practices in design, construction, and project management to ensure high-quality results on every project.
