Introduction: I conspire with talented and energetic women to succeed and thrive in their careers and lives. I especially love working with first time moms in their late 30's and 40's, moms returning to work, and parents of multiples. I will help you maximize your time to get the most out of life and breakthrough to ultimate success in a career that you love. Why I'm in business: As women advance in their careers and lives, they begin to face some common challenges, including: - more intense demands both at work and at home - increased desire for autonomy and flexibility AND more money - increased resistance, from within and from others, to shifting career identities to make significant career and life changes - pressure to do more at work to advance without the time to do it - feeling conflicted about work/life priorities - feeling exhaustion and loss of self from trying to do it all - feeling like they're not doing anything well - increased isolation, often resulting from having fewer female colleagues - decreased feedback and support I am committed to ensuring that passionate women who want to make a difference are supported in achieving what they want in their careers and lives. I partner with my clients to provide honest feedback and support. I collaborate with clients to generate effective strategies to make the very most of very precious time. I coach clients to build relationships and habits that ensure sustainable success and fulfillment as they advance through their careers. As women navigate major transitions and career advancements, I provide results-oriented sessions, using the CONSPIRE process, and unique opportunities, through coaching circles, to develop significant career networks. I believe in supporting women to succeed and lead - and I believe that no woman should have do this alone. All one to one coaching is done by phone or video-Skype for maximum convenience.
