Lorna Basse is a freelance makeup artist and media stylist, specializing in HD, media, print, weddings, portraits, and special events. With over 18 years of experience with media production and weddings using hand-blending and airbrush skills to achieve the most desirable results for HD and for special occasions, she has helped several hundred brides on their wedding day and believes that 'you should look just like yourself, but your most polished you on your big day'. Lorna works with all clients to tailor the event to their needs, so they are comfortable with their look and can enjoy the moments. When working with media styling clients, she starts with skin, using UV technology to evaluate and suggest tailored skincare to specific needs and lifestyles, then progressing to customizing and teaching makeup techniques for the client. Lastly, moving to wardrobing, she evaluates and assess the clients' current wardrobe and accessories and makes suggestions to fill gaps, purges out of date or unnecessary items, and, if desired, will do personal shopping for the client. All with the end result of creating a personal and professional look of health and vitality that is completely tailored to the individual and her needs, with a wardrobing resource to choose from for a wide variety events, creatively using current pieces as needed and making suggestions for additional items to complete the clients' closet and their finished look.
