We chose to work in this industry because we got our start over 30 years ago in the restoration industry. We are known for keeping up with the latest technology. If there is something better out there we will find it and make it part of our arsenal of tools to do our trade. I had a fantastic experience with ZeroMold! They handled the mold issue in my parents' home with great care. I submitted a request for assessment with zero mold after my hvac closet flooded causing water damage in my entry level bathroom. Taylor from zero mold called me immediately, came out to review the damage within 48 hours, and provided me with an extremely in depth explanation of the water damage and treatment needed. We were able to schedule an appointment for Taylor to come out in the following days and he provided the treatment we needed to ensure our house is safe from mold! The thing I appreciated the most was the patience and transparency with explaining the recommended treatment. I never felt like Taylor was in a rush or trying to get any unnecessary money out of me. Ive already recommended Taylor to my neighbor and hes taken care of her house as well!

We offer discounts on a number of products and treatments making us the most affordable remediation contractor in the DMV. We believe at ZeroMold that no one should live or suffer with mold in their homes and we take great pride in providing a multitude of options to best suit our clients financial needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take our time on assessments and remediation projects to provide our clients with very detailed and accurate information so that they can make the best decision to suit their needs or financial situation. We offer Free & Safe in home assessments to provide our customers with all the required information upfront in order to educate them with no strings attached
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC and WRT certified as well as Micro certified in addition to OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 In short we put your families safety, health and wellness first and foremost
