- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends primarility on what end product the customer wants and how much time is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer in person but have also had phone calls to discuss the details/expectations for their particular event. I make recommendations based on the information shared and we agree on end product and price. We will have a couple of follow up calls in advance of the event and I will visit venue and talks to other vendors involved as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take refresher classes in video production/directing/acting all the time
