Sawyer did a great job pressure washing the rear siding and cleaning the deck. His rates were very reasonable, he was highly responsive, and he worked hard to get everything taken care of. I’m very happy with the results and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend him.

Highly recommend Proactive PWLLC! They arrived right on time and did an excellent job with our home. We have a two story home that's roughly 65% siding. He cleaned the entire house, including the gutters and it looks great! He was also very affordable, which is not something you can say about most of the services in the Fairfax area. Great service at a great price!

I recently hired Proactive Pressure Washing to clean my deck and patio, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and their promptness was much appreciated. They worked with great efficiency, completing the entire job thoroughly without taking up my whole afternoon.

The quality of the work is outstanding—both the deck and patio look brand new again. Given the level of service and the final results, it was a great value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality exterior cleaning!

Sawyer showed up on time and did a great job getting rid of pollen and mildew from my composite deck. And his price was within my budget. He also made sure to move things and put them back on the deck. Friendly to work with.
