Our experience with Nesbitt Reality and the property manager Alan Clerinx was extremely positive. We met Alan while helping family members find a new home that were from out of State but planning to move near us very soon. This endeavor wasnt easy but Alan made the entire process very painless. Alan quickly responded to our many questions with exactly the information we needed. The application process from beginning to happily ending with the walk through was as good as it gets. Based on this experience feel confident that Alan Clerinx and Nesbitt reality will continue to be responsible and reliable team for this rental property.

Stuart has been managing our Falls Church property since 2011. I've worked with other PMs, managed my own properties, and I can say hands down -Stuart is excellent! He's attentive, communicates clearly and is quick to respond. When there's an issue he communicates it and gets it resolved. If I call with a question he's available and happy to chat about any concerns. His network of good contractors is vast making repairs a breeze. The company doesn't nickel and dime you for various items and you don't have to follow up.I have two properties in OH and I'm always wishing I could find a Stuart PM out there.

Nesbitt Realty has been managing my property in Alexandria Virginia for almost 4 years now. I have never had an issue with them and they are very responsive to any questions I have. I worked with Andrew specifically and we set some boundaries to which he can make his own judgement calls as that is the reason to have a third party to manage your property to take away the stress of living abroad (for my case). I highly recommend Andrew and hope to continue to work with him!
