Will and Marcella are simply the best. They work tirelessly to find the right home for you during your search, but even more importantly, they remain in your corner long after the purchase. We bought our house over two years ago and Will and Marcella are always there for us when we have a question or need some help. They are my first and only call when it comes to real estate.

When we bought our house Fall 2019 we were first time home buyers. To say we had no idea what we were doing would be a major understatement. The Oakley Group not only secured our offer on the house within 24 hours but they also negotiated on our behalf when the sellers had multiple offers on the table. They walked us through each step of the entire process. Each member of their team from Katherine the transaction coordinator to both Marcella and Will went above and beyond by answering our countless late night phone calls, endless email strands and calmed our nerves the whole time. We have officially been home owners for a little over a year now and we still find ourselves calling the The Oakley Group for references on contractors for exciting home renovations. They are not only extremely professional but heartwarmingly down to earth. We found that they leveled with us when necessary and guided us entirely. Their strong connections and ties to some of the best lenders, settlement companies and home inspection groups in the metropolitan area also greatly benefited our family. Since the purchase of our home we have referred them to several of our friends which have also raved about using The Oakley Group. Marcella helped me go from "I'm thinking about buying sometime" to homeowner in about 30 days with almost no stress. This was before she and Will joined Remax Distinctive, and since joining Remax they have only gotten better. We became friends and I have watched them constantly grow and develop themselves to give their clients the best possible information, representation, and service. I've seen Marcella and Will discuss where to look to find the prefect home for someone, and find ways to bring in buyers to hard to sell homes (while walking away if it gets into someone'sprivacy). They truly care. I'm picky in who I like and spend time with (if there wasn't COVID) and they are at the top on my list because of their integrity and true care and concern for people. I know when I decide to sell and buy my next place, I will be using them because they are amazing.
