Kelsey was an absolutely outstanding realtor for our family when searching for a rental property. I was six months pregnant at the time, and Kelsey completely understood the urgency in the search and acted accordingly. Immediately after our conversation she assembled a portfolio of potential properties through a convenient app, and once I had selected my preferences, she had appointments made at each property within hours! I was especially appreciative of how she scheduled the appointments back to back and in order of distance so that our tour was as efficient as possible - such a godsend for 9-5 workers! She was a fabulous person to walk through each property with and gave honest feedback that helped us make decisions, and once we had chosen to make an offer, Kelsey brokered the entire experience. She was up front about our chances and prepared us for the best and worst case scenario, which I really appreciated. Candor helps in searching for a rental!
