Slow or Clogged Drain Issues
My highest recommendation to Jon Drew! He replied immediately to my inquiry (on a Sunday afternoon!), and was on his way within the hour. He investigated the problem thoroughly, explained what was needed to repair my serious kitchen drain problem, and then did immaculate and highly effective work to correct it. He even checked the entire pipe system and gave me invaluable information regarding maintenance and future repairs. All this for a ***VERY REASONABLE SERVICE COST***. I am extremely happy with his work, and found him to be both highly professional and quite personable to deal with. He has earned a loyal customer in me, and I will not hesitate to call him for all my home plumbing needs in the future. 5 STARS!!Oct 31, 2016Verified

Gas Line Installation
We Love working with Jonathan Drew and really appreciate Thumbtack for introducing us. I first contacted Drew last year for various projects on our house before we moved in. Since then we've had a few unexpected needs pop up (homeownership, amirite?) and he's been super responsive and fair. At this point he's done some gas line work for us. some tub/plumbing work, fixed a leak in a lead pipe, AND helped us drain a plugged garbage disposal. I recommend him to everyone and am so glad we found him!May 28, 2019Verified
Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Jon gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job which consisted of installing new tub & shower diverter in 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen faucet replacement. He is very knowledgeable and let me know ahead of time when he was on his way. He even fixed something in one of the bathrooms that I had no idea (behind the wall) that was leaking and did not charge me for that repair. He cleaned up all three work areas and answered some questions. Very nice guy as well. Will be calling him again for future work.May 13, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I price flat rate. I base my prices based on material costs / estimated time to complete job / consumable items used .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The introduction and then I ask questions pertaining to the symptoms leading me to a root cause of their issues. Then I give options for the basic repair to fixing the root issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have gone to apprenticeship school in fairfax Va. I have various certifications. I continuously enroll in trade seminars. Over 10 years with the "big companies" in the area, and another 8 years with a couple smaller firms. Currently pursuing my master gas and master plumbing license with the intent to have soon.
