- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price flat rate. I base my prices based on material costs / estimated time to complete job / consumable items used .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The introduction and then I ask questions pertaining to the symptoms leading me to a root cause of their issues. Then I give options for the basic repair to fixing the root issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to apprenticeship school in fairfax Va. I have various certifications. I continuously enroll in trade seminars. Over 10 years with the "big companies" in the area, and another 8 years with a couple smaller firms. Currently pursuing my master gas and master plumbing license with the intent to have soon.
