Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.

Hired Anthony for an event before every meeting him. It’s always uncertain when that happens. I was blown away by his knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and to make a self defense class fun while also expressing the importance of it. I will definitely be hiring Anthony again.

Mr. Schinasi conducted a class with me and my children and their friends. My daughter and her friends were going away to college and we wanted to offer some training in self defense. David had a plan and was patient with us and thorough. After the class, I felt confident that the girls were introduced to the basics of self defense. We plan to have another session soon. I highly recommend Mr. Schinasi's training program.

I went to Brian for self-defense lessons. I had no previous experience, but I never felt talked down to or uncomfortable with Brian. His techniques were very practical and real-life applicable, as well as quick to pick up. Brian gave lots of instruction to make sure I understood everything and made the learning process easy. After just a few weeks I already began to feel very capable of defending myself in a wide variety of situations due to Brian's training. I highly recommend Brain, and would definitely go back to him.

Junaid quite simply changed my life. When i first came to him 2 years ago, I was overweight and my overall self-esteem was poor. He is so good at relaying information about nutrition, fitness, and discipline I felt as if I was getting my own professor to teach me for practically nothing. I have lost over 12 percent in body fat thanks to his workouts and teachings. When i look in the mirror now I not only see an improved body, but an improved person as well.

As a women, I highly recommend Jared to teach you real world, practical self-defense.Jared has trained in multiple martial arts, and is experienced, respectful, and knows from his many years of training how to teach you to defend yourself. When teaching self-defense,one must be able to adapt and teach to that person's ability. Jared has that unique ability, where he can quickly adapt and focus on the student's strength's. This is extremely important, when working with women, and girls.Having trained with Jared, he knows many techniques that work. Jane McKenna Owner

Joshua is a phenomenal teacher and fighter of BJJ, Kickboxing and MMA. He tailors to your specific strengths and weaknesses, so that you get maximum value out of each class. He focuses on technique, fighting concepts, conditioning all the while ensuring you have fun during the process. Learning is everything here and he encourages self-filming or bringing in a partner to train with at no extra charge. The gym in a good shape, with all the necessary equipment and padding you would associate with MMA gyms. Joshua is constantly making improvements to the gym to keep it competitive and in good condition. He has many different types of classes and he is very flexible. It is no wonder why he has such a following, his knowledge and sincerity is rare in this industry.

This is not a typical self-defense class. This is a re-training of my mind to better understand the physical forces at work, so I can then retrain my body to respond in a most efficient way. I am already feeling more empowered and in charge of my body. This is flowing over to my mind as I begin to take more control over decisions I make and relationships I am in. This is a self-defense class for my entire being- not just my body.

When I met breelaun, I had just stepped foot into a gym for the very first time in 19 years!! I didn't have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and was very intimidated by the machines. breelaun didn't make me feel like a big out of shape loser. He is very patient, and knowledgeable on fitness & nutrition. He's super laid back and not your typical "military" style trainer. Don't get me wrong, there were times I whined & said I was tired, & he'd let me rest for a little (like 1 minute) lol & get back to working out .Most important, I was very comfortable with him. I am very happy I made the choice of getting training w/breelaun & have made major changes in my lifestyle.breelaun is the best. Very serious about getting you to achieve your personal best while maintaining a fun environment. It's important to enjoy your workouts and breelaun makes sure that you have a good time. !!!! Thanks BREE BREE ;)
