I’ve been training with Marcus for a full year now, and I can genuinely say he has changed my life. When I first started, it was right after knee surgery, and I had little confidence in my body or my ability to work out again. Thanks to Marcus’ knowledge, patience, and encouragement, I not only regained full function in my knee, but I’m now stronger, healthier, and 30 pounds lighter.
Marcus is the perfect mix of funny, caring, and motivating. He knows how to push me without ever making me feel overwhelmed, and he always keeps our sessions fresh by mixing up the routine so it never gets boring. He has an incredible ability to read the room—he’ll sense when I’m stressed and jump right into supportive conversation or coping strategies that help me refocus.
Most importantly, Marcus has given me my confidence back. He has empowered me to take true control of my health, and I am beyond grateful for everything he has helped me achieve. Lastly, I was truly honored to have him present for my Army promotion over the summer. At times, I often doubted if I could continue serving my Country due to all my injuries. Marcus never gave up on me and inspired me to never give up on myself.
