For the past 15 years, I've helped everyone from students to executives find success identifying where they have been, where they are now, and most importantly where they will go in the future. I've helped clients get into prestigious universities and land dream jobs. At the same time, I've also helped clients uncover what they really want out of life, sometimes steering them in a new and exciting direction. My professional work has spanned four continents, and has ranged from tech startups, to government, nonprofits and everything in between. I hold a Senior Certified Professional designation through the Society for Human Resources, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I am building up my business, I am currently offering great values for customers. For longer term engagements, customized packages can be created.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer prospective customers a 25-minute consultation call where I learn more about the customer's needs. Following the call, I prepare a proposal for working together. Once the proposal is signed, customers will receive a link to book session times directly with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Senior Certified Professional designation through the Society for Human Resources, the world's largest professional HR association. Since earning the SCP-SHRM designation, I was selected as part of a group of 30 from 80,000+ HR professionals to develop the certification exam questions. I also hold a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and an MPA from BYU.
