- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I am building up my business, I am currently offering great values for customers. For longer term engagements, customized packages can be created.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer prospective customers a 25-minute consultation call where I learn more about the customer's needs. Following the call, I prepare a proposal for working together. Once the proposal is signed, customers will receive a link to book session times directly with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Senior Certified Professional designation through the Society for Human Resources, the world's largest professional HR association. Since earning the SCP-SHRM designation, I was selected as part of a group of 30 from 80,000+ HR professionals to develop the certification exam questions. I also hold a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and an MPA from BYU.
