Adriana was the first pro to reach out to me and her responsiveness and punctuality was very impressive. She was very attentive to my needs and we had a great consultation. She seemed to care about the needs that I needed for my taxes given that they had to be completed last minute. She was very thorough in her consultation and I know that she would have done a great job completing my taxes in a timely fashion. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are usually determined by the complexity of the return. I do offer $25 off if hired before Feb 15th of the tax year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation session with the client over the phone first to understand their tax situation. Then the tax documentation is either sent electronically or dropped off. Once the tax return is complete, I send it for review electronically to my clients. The clients have option of signing electronically or in person. I e-file the returns unless the client insists on sending in a paper return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Masters of Business Administration degree , and take 15 to 18 units of IRS continuing education credits for tax prepares every year.
