I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication was fantastic throughout, they were on time for the initial survey, quote and day of service. The workers were all professional and worked very quickly to clear out an entire house.

Superior service all around. I dithered over what furniture to remove but they were quite patient and provided quotes for each batch. Once settled, the actual movers showed up on the scheduled date well within the promised time window. I was impressed by how quickly the two hauled away a lot of beastly furniture, in and out in under an hour. It was a relief to unload the lot and NoVA Junk made it a relatively painless process. Highly recommend!
