- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide honest, upfront pricing before any repair is completed. A diagnostic/service fee may apply depending on location and appliance type. If the customer approves the repair, we explain the labor and parts cost clearly before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking about the appliance problem, brand, and model number if available. Then we schedule a convenient appointment, diagnose the issue, explain the repair options and cost, and complete the repair when approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, cooktops, freezers, and garbage disposals from many major brands.
