FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and so is my pricing. Depending on what the client wants -- which may change once I speak with a client to achieve a consensus on what is needed -- I'm happy to negotiate pricing. Issues that affect pricing include the amount of writing or editing needed for each project, research, rewrites (quotes include one rewrite), turnaround time, the clients timely response to questions and other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To acquire new customers, I greet a candidate with a cover letter outlining what I can do based on the information they share in their job post, quote a fixed price and suggest a dialog to explore further details to meet the needs of the candidate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 30 years of successful experience in marketing membership organizations, political candidates, campaigns and groups, non-profit causes, monuments and memorials, single issue advocates, corporations and, of course, ambitious individuals.
