Grace Chung is the best. I have tried other individuals and while they have disappointed me, Grace has never. On my 21st birthday I received countless compliments. When people inquired about who did my makeup, I answered Grace Chung. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a passion for makeup and enhancing confidence.
