- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At PhoneGuru, we ensure all our repairs are performed at the best quality, and therefore use OEM grade parts only. Most repair companies charge premium price for the parts we use. Yet we keep our prices very low so that you can enjoy and save more. There are no extra fees or hidden charges aside from amount quoted. With us, we got your back covered!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's based on simplicity. While engaging with our customer, we listen and enjoy the conversing part with our clients. It is important to understand our customer's needs, the urgency of the project, what it is about and that the estimate is given accurately. Once that has been completed, we will help them assign one of our technicians based on the project requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At PhoneGuru, our technicians have been thoroughly trained in electronic repairs. They have been skillfully trained and have mastered the craft of repairing phones from hardware to software level.
