I have taken several classes to get certified with the IICRC (inspection, cleaning and restoration certification)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we do are deep steam cleaning of carpets and full immersion rug cleaning. We get a lot of pet odor removal jobs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all carpet cleaning companies are the same. Some unscrupulous companies bait and switch market by advertising too good to be true prices but when they get to your house they begin up-selling everything.
