- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally have a set pricing for consumer customers for incall, outcall & remote services. For commercial businesses some of the consumer services can apply to generally a computer or typical consumer related issue. However when dealing with multiple computers or complexity of IT functions, it is best for a free consultation, accessing the commercial environment and providing feedback, plan of action and associated costs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been fascinated with computers, and in 2008 I stumbled upon old desktops that were recycled. I took them apart and put them back together. I always wanted to know more about about the physicals aspects of computers, the circuit board. The circuit board always looked like a big city to me and always left me wondering what each of the components do. I took a formal class in high school which helped me get my computer technician certificate. Throughout high school I worked part time as a help desk for a startup company in DC, transitioning into Geek Squad technician for 6 Years.
