Best food this side of the Mississippi

Angie catered an engagement party I was throwing for a good friend. Everything was amazing from helping to shape the menu to fit my budget, to the presentation of the food (she has all her own serving trays), to being friendly and helpful to the guests, and most importantly, the FOOD! My guests raved about it for days. Her meatballs? mamma mia! If you want a no-hassle, excellent catering experience, I'd recommend Angie in a heart beat. Thanks again Angie - can't wait til the next party!

I cater to each client's preferences. I do not have set menus, everything is custom to each client. Look for a chef that is going to teach/cater to your particular needs.
