Our Pet WORX sitter, Inga, came over for a meet and greet with our animals prior to scheduling our first pet sitting engagement. She is very knowledgeable about animals and took the time to get to know our two cats and one dog, their preferences and routines. She clearly laid out the pricing structure and how she planned to address our pets’ needs. While we were away she kept us updated through the app, which let us know the details of her visit. On our return all the animals were happy and well-adjusted. From our experience with other pet care services, it was clear to us that our Pet Worx sitter had provided them with attention and high-quality care. Very happy - we will definitely be using this service again!

My pets were well taken care off. I had to leave on an emergency trip for the weekend, I contacted them and they were quick to respond. They agreed to the services upon signing up in their website with payment information. I received texts with the status of my pets as well as emails to confirm their visit was completed. I felt comfortable with their services and will be contacting them again during the holidays.
