The pricing was very reasonable, and even though it wasn’t an emergency, they were able to come out the same day. Yohan arrived as promised, communicated clearly throughout the process, and had the installation completed in about an hour.
He was professional, respectful of our home and family, and left the work area clean when he was finished. The entire process was easy and straightforward from start to finish.
I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would absolutely recommend i4 Improvements and Yohan to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber.

i4 Improvements stepped in and handled it the right way. No confusion, no shortcuts—just clear communication and solid work. They also caught an issue with the venting that needed to be addressed, which told me they weren’t just there to swap a tank, they were there to do the job correctly.
I respect people who take pride in what they do and stand on their work. This felt like that.
