Sharma was one of the most honest and respectful contractors I ever came across. I reached out to replace my water heater to Tankless. After receiving several quotes, Sharma was the most reasonable in price and most responsive. As I was comparing Navian vs Rinnai, I almost decided to go with Navian due to the amount of contractors that recommended it, however I did my own research and shows that Navian has a long history of a Check Valve issue that fails within the first year. Rinnai didn't have that. You also want to find someone that is trained and considered a Rinnai pro. Sharma is one of them but what set him apart from the rest besides the prices was his character and professionalism

Fantastic experience all around. After making an inquiry about a tankless water heater installation, Sharma immediately responded to me over the phone and then came over the next day to assess and provide a quote. Communication was clear and the pricing was very fair (less than half what a large, reputable company quoted!). After accepting, the job was scheduled for one day later and the installation was perfect. Clarity, customer service, quality work and fair pricing. Exactly what you want in a contractor.
