- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive as we grow our business! It is a great time to sign on with us because we plan to be in this business for the long haul.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is lining up a date and time for the session. From there, you will have an intro call with Cailey where she will provide tips on what to wear for our session and gain any insights and desires you want to accomplish from our session. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1-3 hour with Kevin and I, with a couple different outfit changes, and photo locations. We will provide a large grouping of edited photos for you to have and download through our online delivery system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kevin studied video production and photography and Virginia Commonwealth University and does this full time at The State Department in Washington, DC.
