Happy to be dealing with TN American Gutter Expert/Armstrong. They provided a reasonable offer and arrived the same day that I approved the offer with a five-man crew. Professional and thorough, they even blew remaining leaves away from the house and insured the underground PVC drain pipes were clear (or in one case blocked and will require a return visit with different equipment at additional cost...which I approved). I have agreed to be placed on their annual schedule for gutter cleaning in June and November.

Easy to schedule. Showed up on time and explained everything that needed to be done. Did a good job removing a clog so water can go through the downspout (and not overflow from gutter). Took before and after pictures. The crew was quick but through. Also explained improvements/fixes that could be made (such as releveling gutter and differences between types of gutter screens and a yearly cleaning plan).
