He was responsive and identified the issue. The reason for only 3 stars has to do with professionalism. We hired him for our renters since we were out of town with spotty reception. We responded to him that once we were in an area with better reception we will send payment. He kept texting and calling our tenants about payment even after we contacted him. Other than that, the services were fine.
