Review Update: Cozy Tech was called to repair the ice maker on a GE Refrigerator. The technician was knowledgeable and competent. He explained the problem with the ice maker and had the tools on hand to make the repair. There was an issue with the ice maker door, however, the technician knew exactly what to do and repaired it. I appreciated that! Both the ice maker and the ice maker door are working fine now with no problems. (Since my previous review, I have received the invoice thanks to the technician).

Fast response to my refrigerator service request since my availability was limited. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and was honest about the limited options given the age of the refrigerator. Since I wouldn't be able to get a new refrigerator bought and installed in a day anyway, he cleaned the system for a reasonable charge to at least maintain some refrigeration while I order a replacement.
