Tolo Appliances provided prompt service, scheduling a same-day appointment and quickly diagnosing the issue. They ordered the necessary parts and repaired the dishwasher efficiently. I can’t say enough great things about TOLO Appliances. I called them when my dryer stopped working in a rental unit and they sent a technician over the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem, have new parts shipped, and fixed the dryer all in the span of 3 days. I couldn’t believe my good luck in finding such a professional, responsive, hardworking team like the people at TOLO Appliances. It’s not easy finding a company that does what they say and goes the extra mile to help their customers all while having a friendly and positive attitude. I was faced with my first disaster early on this year. Washing machine not working with three kids in the house is definitely a disaster. Masih with Tolo Appliances came within two hours of my distress call and fixed it within an hour. Worth every penny! Now it’s time to go do laundry 😊

Tolo did an excellent job repairing my GE Monogram microwave oven. The service engineer was exceptional in his skills, very professional, and very thorough in troubleshooting the problem and fixing it. He explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and clean when he was done. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Tolo to others, and I am already planning to use them again to fix a locking issue with my GE Monogram dual oven.
