Tolo Appliances provided prompt service, scheduling a same-day appointment and quickly diagnosing the issue. They ordered the necessary parts and repaired the dishwasher efficiently. During their visit, we were impressed with their professionalism and decided to have them perform routine maintenance on our fridge as well. I had an excellent experience with Masih from TOLO Appliance LLC. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. Masih was respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time while charging a fair price.
I contacted Masih to repair my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator when the fridge section stopped cooling and continued to display a high-temperature alert. He responded to my request within minutes and arrived the following day to diagnose the issue and resolve it without any hassle.

I hired TOLO to rebalance a washing machine. Zaki assessed the machine and gave me his honest opinion that it wasn't worth fixing due to its age and that I should get a new machine instead. I appreciate the honesty and him not trying to upsell me on what would have otherwise been a costly repair job- I'd hire TOLO for any other appliance needs I may have.

I can’t say enough great things about TOLO Appliances. I called them when my dryer stopped working in a rental unit and they sent a technician over the same day. They were able to diagnose the problem, have new parts shipped, and fixed the dryer all in the span of 3 days. I couldn’t believe my good luck in finding such a professional, responsive, hardworking team like the people at TOLO Appliances. It’s not easy finding a company that does what they say and goes the extra mile to help their customers all while having a friendly and positive attitude. I highly recommend this company and its employees!

My LG dryer suddenly stopped spinning one day after a couple minutes of it running and a burning smell occurred. I unplugged it immediately and shortly after got in touch with TOLO Appliances. Masih reached out to me within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the dryer to be looked at. Zaki came over first and after some testing, Zaki determined that the motor needed to be replaced. He told me how much it would cost and approximately the number of business days for the shipment to come. They ordered it Thursday evening and it arrived the next Tuesday. On Wednesday Masih came to install it (replacing the existing motor). We tested the dryer for a little less than 10 minutes and there did not appear to be any issue while doing a dry run. I told Masih I would keep him posted if anything changes. (I will add to the review if needed after I do some laundry, as we only tested it for less than 10 minutes - dry run.) They were very professional and friendly, and I appreciated them being very responsive.
