5 STAR! Excellent. Arrivede to repair a damaged stovetop... the part I had purchased was broken. The technician sourced a new part, picked it up, and CAME BACK ON THE SAME DAY to install the item. Very easy to book and extremely responsive. The lead tech took his time explaining to me what was wrong with the fridge, which I genuinely appreciate. He also let me know what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost upfront so there was no surprises. Very professional and respectful. He seemed very knowledgeable, he was timely and efficient in repairing the fridge. Very personable and over all great to work with. Would use TOLO Appliances again!
