5 STAR! Excellent. Arrivede to repair a damaged stovetop... the part I had purchased was broken. The technician sourced a new part, picked it up, and CAME BACK ON THE SAME DAY to install the item. I hired TOLO to rebalance a washing machine. Zaki assessed the machine and gave me his honest opinion that it wasn't worth fixing due to its age and that I should get a new machine instead. I appreciate the honesty and him not trying to upsell me on what would have otherwise been a costly repair job- I'd hire TOLO for any other appliance needs I may have.
