I hired TOLO to rebalance a washing machine. Zaki assessed the machine and gave me his honest opinion that it wasn't worth fixing due to its age and that I should get a new machine instead. I appreciate the honesty and him not trying to upsell me on what would have otherwise been a costly repair job- I'd hire TOLO for any other appliance needs I may have.

He was very sweet & kind. Instantly diagnosed the issue with my burner (needed cleaning). The price was a bit high for a 5-minute burner cleaning, but I was glad it was done. He also was able to check on an outlet for me while he was there. Will likely use him again if other issues arise.

Masih did a fantastic job with fixing my dryer, AND I asked him on the spot if he could do a couple additional things for it and the washer, and he gave me a reasonable price to add those. I'm a first-time homeowner, so I was figuring this all out for the first time as I was going through Google and AI to learn what I needed to do, and he kindly helped me understand even better how different things worked. He did great work. Was very thankful he was able to show up in less than 24 hr. and to take the extra time to hire him to fix more things. Highly recommend.
