Our Pricing Structure: We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden surprises. Our rates are broken down into two clear parts: Diagnostic / Service Fee: - We charge a flat $85 fee to come to your home, inspect your appliance, and provide an exact, professional diagnostic breakdown of the failure. Repair Cost (Parts & Labor): - If you decide to go ahead with the repair, we waive the diagnostic fee entirely. You only pay for the actual parts and the labor to install them. We use standard industry job-rate pricing, so you know the exact cost before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Step-by-Step Process: 1.Initial Consultation & Booking: - You share your appliance brand, model number, and the symptoms it's showing. We look up known issues for that model and quickly lock in a convenient appointment time slot. 2.On-Site Diagnosis: - We arrive on time, inspect the machine, and pinpoint the exact failure. We then give you an upfront, flat-rate quote for the parts and labor required to fix it. 3.The Repair: - If you approve the quote, the $85 diagnostic fee is waived. We complete the repair using brand-new, factory-certified OEM parts to ensure the machine lasts. 4.Testing & Warranty: - We fully test the appliance before leaving to ensure it is running perfectly. Your repair is backed by our professional 90-day labor warranty for total peace of mind.

Our team is fully trained and professionally qualified to handle all major residential appliance repairs. EPA Section 608 Certified: - Our technicians are EPA-licensed. This mandatory federal certification means we are legally qualified and fully trained to safely handle refrigerants and service advanced cooling systems, such as refrigerator compressors, evaporators, and sealed systems.
