FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects a thoughtful, tailored approach rather than one-size-fits-all packages. The hourly rate listed is a starting point, and I always take time to understand the scope, goals, and priorities of each project before confirming an estimate. I truly believe everyone deserves to live in a space that feels calm, functional, and beautiful, and I do my best to keep this work accessible by helping clients focus on the areas that will create the greatest impact. Many projects are best approached as half-day or day-long sessions, depending on the space and what you’d like to accomplish. I’m always happy to talk through options, adjust scope as needed, and provide a clear estimate before we begin so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation or walkthrough to understand your space, your goals, and what outcome you’re hoping for — whether that’s preparing a home for sale, creating better flow and function, or moving toward a more intentional design. You don’t need to have everything defined upfront; part of my role is helping clarify priorities and identify where changes will have the greatest impact. From there, I’ll suggest an approach and outline a clear plan based on the scope, timeline, and level of support that makes sense for the project. This might include organizing and decluttering, occupied or full staging, light styling, or design guidance, depending on what will best serve the space and your goals. Throughout the process, I work collaboratively and thoughtfully, focusing on high-impact changes that help the home feel more open, functional, and aligned with how you want it to look and feel. I communicate clearly, check in along the way, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident at each stage.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with homeowners, renters, sellers, and real estate agents on a wide range of projects, including organizing and decluttering lived-in homes, occupied home resets and market prep, full traditional staging, and light interior design support. Many of my clients are busy professionals, families, or individuals navigating transitions who want their homes to feel calmer, more functional, and more aligned with how they want to live. I tailor my approach to each household and space, and I’m comfortable working with a wide range of needs.
