We have three dogs in our house, so we cleaned the spots that the dogs accidentally made and cleaned the extra spots with extras, but they didn't charge for the service. They tried to make it as clean as possible.

J&E did an excellent job cleaning my parent's home. My Mom is in the hospital and I wanted to surprise her and have the house cleaned before she was discharged. The home was deep cleaning and shining from top to bottom. I will definitely used them in the future!

My cleaners canceled at the last minute on move out day, and J&E were immediately responsive, flexible to when I needed to adjust the time on them last second, and they took care of everything I couldn’t with the chaos of our move! On top of all that they made the house completely spotless and saved the day, I wouldn’t have gotten through our move without them!

I HIGHLY recommend this company for carpet cleaning! Unfortunately my cat urinated in my basement and the smell was unbearable! I had another company come out and said they could get it out. A few hundred dollars later the smell was still there. I was told I may need to throw out the carpet and padding. I gave it one more try and found this company. They were prompt, responsive, timely, professional and GOT THE JOB DONE!!! My house smells soooo clean and fresh and for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Joanna you and your team are heaven sent and I will definitely use your services again! ❤️🙂
