Committed/confirmed appointment with me less than 48 hours ago for 6p (communicated he’d added it to his calendar) and by 6:30p he hadn’t arrived or contacted me to cancel or notify me of a change in plans. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I reached out to check-in and he responded that he’d had a change in plans, wasn’t in the area and oddly shared a pin of his location as validation. I definitely understand that plans change, life happens, etc. but found his lack of communication to be extremely unprofessional
