Could not be happier with That 1 Painter Arlington & Alexandria. Oliver, the project manager was very helpful and totally understood what it was I needed. Bryan, the team lead, was beyond professional; he was helpful in every way. Can't believe how much better my condo looks after getting rid of those stark white walls. Even when I decided that I didn't like a color in the kitchen, they cut me a pretty sweet deal to come back a week later and repaint using a more appropriate color (at least I hope it is!). I'm at once picky yet easygoing and this team was very responsive and easy to work with. Would use them again (and, well, I am, actually!)

My family just bought a rental home in Arlington, VA and were on the hunt for a company to help with updating the interior of the home. We heard about That 1 Painting Arlington so we called and was greeted with a kind voice telling us we could have a crew come in two days for an estimate. We felt comfortable having their employees in the home knowing they were background checked and held accountable. We got the quote and was blown away how quick the work was completed and done so professionally. We had all the upstairs bedrooms repainted, popcorn ceilings taken down and painted flat, and had ALL the windows rechaulked so it prevents moisture from coming in and allows for the house to remain more comfortable temperature wise both in winter and summer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent and have upfront pricing. We do not charge you for extra coats and "change order" anything unless the customer requests additional work outside of the scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate. One of our project managers will arrive to your home on time. We do not hire sales people. Our project managers know the craft and will provide you an estimate within 24 hours, if not on the spot. This is the same person who will manage your project so you have one point of contact throughout the entire project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide free color consultations with a professional if you decide to work with us.
