She goes above and beyond as a coach and makes sure every time we talk it really solves the issues I'm dealing with while focusing on bigger picture stuff(she sets goals on first session and monitor them for you) she is awesome!

I found out about her through a friend of mine who got a new job because of her(Linkedin connection). On our first consultation I cried telling her about my job and she was so understanding. I felt safe so I decided to give it a shot. She came to our first official session with a plan of action and goals. I liked 2 out of the 3 goals she suggested and we worked on the third one together. She already had a presentation ready for me on one of my goals (dealing with a toxic work environment) which was crazy amazing and practical. What I love the most about her is that she is super thoughtful of my feelings and allows me to be myself. I have learned a lot from her. She is also helping me find a new job just in case things get worse. I have an interview coming up so I called her yesterday and she helped me prep. She really cares. I recommend her.

I met Sophie at a recent leadership conference where she was presenting on a panel. Since then, she became my coach. In the past 3 sessions I have changed who I am! I feel a lot more confident now. She is helping me communicate better with my boss who can be at times too demanding. She helped me create a network of support inside and outside of my organization and find my leadership style. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone reliable, caring and knowledgeable.
